Terms, privacy, cookies and accessibility. We've written these in plain English wherever the law lets us.
Pupeats LLC · Doral, Florida · Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms cover your use of mypupeats.com and any food you buy from us. Ordering means you accept them. We've tried to keep them readable; where something is a real legal obligation, we say so plainly.
PupEats is operated by Pupeats LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Doral, Florida. Reach us any time at [email protected].
Some features need an account, which we secure with a code sent to your phone. Keep access to that phone number secure — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Give us accurate information and keep it current, particularly your delivery address.
Placing an order authorises us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown when you sign up, at the price shown, until you cancel.
You can pause, change or cancel any time from your portal or by emailing us. Cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge and you won't be billed for that cycle. Because every pack is cooked fresh and labelled for one specific dog, once a batch has entered production we can't cancel that order — but we'll always tell you where things stand and sort out something fair.
Our Bones-Back Guarantee is part of these terms: if your dog doesn't take to the food, we refund the cost of the food on your first 15-day trial box. Email us within 15 days of delivery. Shipping isn't included in the refund.
Delivery windows are estimates, not promises. Food arrives frozen and needs to go into a freezer promptly — please make sure someone can receive it or that there's a safe, shaded spot. We're not responsible for food left out in Miami heat for hours after a confirmed delivery.
Our recipes are formulated to meet AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for adult maintenance. They are food, not medicine: nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your veterinarian before changing the diet of a dog with a health condition, and follow the 10-day transition plan we include.
If you send us a review or a photo of your dog, you're giving us permission to show it on our website and social channels, with your first name and your dog's name. You keep ownership. Ask us to remove it and we will.
The words, photography, recipes, logos and design on this site belong to Pupeats LLC. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
We sell food and we stand behind it. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product in question, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited. Some states don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Email us first — genuinely, most things get solved in one message. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
You can stop using PupEats at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if there's fraud, abuse of a promotion or referral programme, or abuse toward our team. If we cancel an order you've paid for and it hasn't shipped, you get your money back.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you — pricing, cancellation or your rights — we'll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always tells you the current version.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the food we sell you.
Two minutes to build their plan, 20% off your first box, and a Bones-Back Guarantee if the tail doesn't wag.
