We collect what we need to cook for your dog and get it to your door. We don't sell your data. Ever.
You give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and your dog's details — breed, weight, age, activity level, health notes you choose to share. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
We collect automatically: basic analytics about how the site is used — pages visited, what was clicked, rough location from your IP, device and browser type. We use this to see which parts of the site are working.
To calculate portions, cook and label your dog's food, take payment, deliver it, text you about your order, answer your questions, and improve the site. If you've opted in, to send you offers.
We use your phone number to send login codes and order updates. Marketing texts only go to people who opted in, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Only the services that make this work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database and login), Twilio (text messages), Resend (email), and analytics providers. Each gets only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing to you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking. Florida, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and several other states give you these rights explicitly; we extend them to every customer regardless of state.
Order records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Everything else until you ask us to delete it or your account has been inactive for three years.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and login is by one-time code rather than a password you might reuse. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects you, we'll tell you promptly.
PupEats is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.
